It’s sad to think a little girl could experience such sorrow.
Hopefully, the good that will come out of this tragedy is that she will never let the same thing happen to her.
I see a strong woman in the making.

Kudos to Miriam for being such a strong, courageous girl.
I just saw an amazing documentary last night called Crime after Crime about the very courageous battle by Debra Peagler, an incarcerated survivor or brutal domestic violence. and her legal team to free her from prison. This documentary is being shown at the Jewish Community Center in La Jolla this Thursday night as a fundraiser, and on Oprah’s OWN next Thursday November 3rd at 9pm. It is a must see.
Only massive effort with shown support and outreach will and shall make a difference. This girl’s step is the courage speaking.
