What is Jeyuk Bokkeum? Korean spicy pork is called jeyuk bokkeum (pork stir-fry) or dwaeji bulgogi (pork bulgogi). It consists of some pork marinated in a sweet and spicy sauce then stir fried, or even barbecued.
