- Follow Brynjolf.
- Listen to Mercer Frey.
- Talk to Brynjolf.
- Speak to Vex about Goldenglow Estate (optional)
- Burn three beehives.
- Enter Goldenglow using sewer (optional)
- Obtain the key to Aringoth’s safe (optional)
- Clear out Aringoth’s safe.

you cant own the estate. as far as i know it is just paper fillin your inventory. you cannot redeem it, nor decorate it, it just out rigt doesnt belong to you i’m afraid. sorry to disappoint!
