It depends on the body type too, I’m kind of heavier built anyway I think, and when I weighed 145, I was just fine..barely any fat. I was a size 7 at that weight, and it was very comfortable for me. I have friends who are 120-150 at this height and also look just fine…so yeah, I don’t think there is “one right weight”
