No. The essay is a separate test that you sign up for separately and pay a separate fee for. But you can not submit just your writing score without the SAT test you took in connection with the essay test.

It would be considered perhaps “statistically insignificant”, but its kind of like a 2400 vs a 2380 or 90. It won’t matter much as it shows you’re already really good, and there are myriad other factors to consider.
