Yes, most of the attractions at the LEGOLAND theme park are geared toward younger kids, but there are plenty of rides older kids will enjoy. Be sure to check out The Dragon, The Great LEGO Race, Coastersaurus and Flying School if you have some adventurous kids. My almost-14 year old daughter LOVES roller coasters.
What is the least busy day at LEGOLAND Florida?

To get the run of the place, come before noon. If that’s not possible, head here after 3 pm when most folks are leaving. Sunday is a less crowded day in the park overall, so if you must come on a weekend, choose Sunday.

Can you bring food inside Legoland?
Legoland California does not allow any outside food and drink, but you can usually bring your own water bottles, granola bars and other small snacks that can be stashed away for those hangry emergencies. We bring food and water in all the time. If you have a stroller, put in in the bottom of the stroller. If you have a bag, they’ll check it, but not take it apart. You won’t be able to bring in a full picnic lunch but you can easily bring in a little contraband – aka food/water.
