Will Preston Garvey ever forgive you?
He will hate you, but will forgive you if you wipe out the raiders, and everything goes back to normal with the Minutemen. However, insurance companies recognize that when they make an offer, the person receiving the offer may hire a lawyer. Once an attorney is retained, the client will usually not settle unless they net at least what they were originally offered.
Should you accept a settlement?
You can accept the settlement offer and pay the settlement account in full. This is the easiest and fastest way to deal with the debt, assuming you’ve received a legitimate settlement offer. Read the settlement offer carefully or have an attorney review the offer to be sure it’s legally binding – that the creditor or collector can’t come after you for the remaining balance at some point in the future.
Should I accept a settlement?
