Can you read on archive of our own without an account?
Everyone is welcome on AO3! You don’t need to contact Support to provide your fandom history when you want to create an account. If you don’t have an account and would like one, check out How do I create an account? Once you’re logged in, you have full access to all content on the site.
Do you have to pay for archive of our own?
The Archive is funded entirely by donations to the Organization for Transformative Works. Users don’t have to pay to use the site, and we don’t host ads. If you’d like to support the Archive, please make a donation.
Why can’t I log into archive of our own?
If you’ve recently signed up to AO3 and are having trouble logging in, make sure you’ve activated your account! Within 24 hours of signing up, you should have received a registration confirmation email from [email protected], asking you to activate your AO3 account using the included link.
