We just moved in a Ryan Homes build 55+ new home in Delaware on Oct.,2021. The house was built quickly within a few months even in current supply chain challenging environment. We chose Ryan Homes because a friend who has one built in Smyrna. They highly recommend Ryan homes for its quick built and excellent customer services.
