How do I start the Aetherium quest?
To start this quest you can do a few things one get a book called THE AETHERIUM WARS or you could just go straight to Arkngthamz which is located south of Dushnik Yal and thats southeast of Markarth. Upon completion of the quest you recieve the achievement of the same name.

Fix Lost to The Ages
- Reading The Aetherium Wars after drop all pieces.
- Going in Arkghthamz after drop all pieces and book and searched Katria body.
- Use console commands to add the journal and force Quest start (got the journal, but no trigger).
- Tried to finish the quest, got the 4th Fragment.
