How can I go to community college for free in Maryland?
To qualify for free tuition across the state, prospective students must enroll in one of Maryland’s 16 community colleges within two years of finishing high school or obtaining a GED. According to guidelines, students must take 12 credit hours of courses and have a high school grade point average of 2.3.

How do I withdraw from BCCC?
Students can withdrawal online or complete a withdrawal form from and submit it to the Registrar’s office. Grades for courses from which a student withdraws will be recorded as “W” at the end of the semester. No course withdrawals will be accepted once 80% of the semester has passed.

If for any reason you need to withdraw from a course, complete and submit to the Registrar’s Office the BCCC Registration Add/Drop/Withdrawal Form (also available in the Registrar’s Office) before the deadline date.
