Can’t you just use any b series rear mount and axles? You forgot shift linkage. For B-Series into EK, you need the rear tranny mount and timing belt side block mount off the 99-00 Si. You can technically use a 90-93 block mount off a B18a1 into an EK, but it dosent line up perfectly.
