Mail flow rules (also known as transport rules) have actions that define what you wish to do to messages that satisfy the rule’s requirements. You may make a rule that sends messages from particular senders to a moderator or adds a disclaimer or customized signature to all outgoing messages, for example.
How do I track mail flow?
Under mail flow, go to “message trace“. Now, you can create a new trace. Select the time interval during which you want to trace your messages. If you select “Custom” from the “Date range”, you can specify time zone, start date and time, and end date time.
